How to import data from an external SMM panel into our platform

Since SMM services reselling and providing can be a really profitable business, a lot of people eventually start looking for the best ways to make it happen. And because running an SMM panel is truly the best option for that, people end up buying panels from different sources.

It can be difficult to figure out what is the best SMM panel type to choose and where to get it, especially for complete beginners. It's one of the reasons why people might end up with panels that they aren't 100% satisfied with or panels they would like to improve but don't know how.

But there is a way to do that — our team is ready to help. If you already have an SMM panel elsewhere and would like to move it to our platform, let us explain how you can do just that.

How we transfer existing SMM panels to our platform
In case you already have an SMM panel but would like to upgrade it without losing your customer base, we can transfer your panel to our platform.

It's done in a few steps and on a few conditions.

1. What data can be imported?
First of all, it's important to keep in mind that you can't transfer just any data, there are some rules you need to follow.

Overall, we can import 3 panel data types: Users, Orders, and Services. If you only have user data to import, it can still be done. However, if you want to import only order data, it won't work because there's a connection between user, order, and services data.

2. Acceptable database formats
The only panel database format that we accept for importing is SQL. If you save your panel database (or some part of it) in CSV or XLSX (Microsoft Excel) format, we won't be able to import it because such formats don't contain user login and password information.

3. Other important nuances
Does the import option work with all panel types?
The panel database import option — both partially and in full — only works with regular panels. Child panels are a great solutions for those resellers who are only starting out, meanwhile regular panels give access to all our features. If you want to learn more about the differences between regular and child panels, check out this post.

When someone sends us a panel database, we check it carefully first and make sure it fits the criteria mentioned above. If everything is okay, we inform a client that its import is possible and they can order a regular panel with a suitable plan. Check out our pricing plans here.

Can the import process be arranged at any time?
One of our general rules is that we import panel databases from 6:00AM to 12:00PM UTC (except for Saturdays and Sundays), so you should plan your import requests accordingly.

What to do if you already have a panel on our platform
If you already have an SMM panel on our platform but would like to import data from some other panel that you have, we won't be able to merge everything you have on both of your panels into one database. When importing data from elsewhere, we'll have to delete everything you have on your panel on our platform.

You have to choose: either you want to leave how your panel on our platform is now or remove all that data and replace it with what you have on your other panel.

What to do if the panel you want to import data from shows high activity
If people keep using your existing panel and it has hundreds or even thousands orders per day, we can still import its database but the process will be a little bit different.

In case you want to use the domain name of your existing panel, we can arrange that too. First, we'll check if the import option is possible. Then, you'll have to order a panel on our platform with the same domain name but change the nameservers only after database import is completed.

How long does it take to change nameservers?
When you change the nameservers for a domain, it usually takes just a couple of hours for the change to take effect, sometimes even less. In certain cases, which happens quite rarely, it can take up to 24 hours to fully complete the process.

What to do if you had a panel on our platform before but it was terminated
If you already had a panel on our platform but left for whatever reason and would like to try again, just let us know. You won't have to order a brand new panel — we can restore your old panel with all its data for the same price.

You can either keep your old panel domain name or buy a new one, and we'll change it for you.
